Nathan Byers
Executive Director
Nathan Byers grew up in this great town of Bridgeport, and after high school, Nathan joined the United States Marine Corps, during that time he also attended college. This is where he found a God-given hidden talent…cheerleading and gymnastics. Some of his highlights as an athlete were three-time Collegiate All-American, NCA staff for two-and-a-half years, 2002 NCA Collegiate National Champion for the University of North Texas. Before joining the Bridgeport Chamber of Commerce, he was a financial advisor for Modern Woodmen of America and is currently the Co-Owner of Highpoint Athletics in Chico, Texas. Nathan is married to his beautiful wife Hayley, and they have two boys, Cooper and Dax. Nathan is a strong believer in God and community impact. Nathan’s personal motto is “Do for one what you wish you could do for everyone.”
Nathan’s vision for the Bridgeport Chamber is not only to promote businesses but to also bring people together for networking, professional development, economic growth, and community celebrations. Nathan believes in people helping people and there is no better place than Bridgeport to show the county, Texas, and the nation what community impact looks like.
